       The event was a powerful and inspiring reflection on the division’s accomplishments, challenges, and strategic direction for the years ahead. Dr. Sheila Marie A. Primicias delivered a comprehensive report, showcasing how the division has remained steadfast in its commitment to quality, inclusive, and transformative education.

      Key achievements in learner performance, teacher development, digital innovation, and community engagement were highlighted, alongside ongoing initiatives that promote holistic growth for both learners and educators. Notable partnerships and collaborative efforts with stakeholders were also celebrated, reaffirming the collective drive to uplift and empower every school in the division.

More than just a presentation of facts and figures, the SODA served as a moment of unity and renewed purpose. Dr. Primicias emphasized the importance of data-driven decision-making, shared leadership, and a learner-centered approach in navigating the future. Her message resonated deeply with the audience, igniting a stronger sense of hope, responsibility, and dedication among all education champions present.

      As the Division moves forward, the plans and programs laid out in this year’s SODA will serve as a roadmap for continuous growth, resilience, and innovation in education.

     The IN-HOUSE TRAINING for  our talented athletes officially began on March 4, 2025, and will run until March 8, 2025, as part of their final preparations for the highly anticipated R1AA Meet, scheduled for March 10-15, 2025. This crucial training period is a testament to the Schools Division of San Fernando’s unwavering commitment to ensuring our athletes are physically and mentally ready to compete at the highest level.

As they gear up to represent the Division, the athletes are receiving the guidance, resources, and support they need to perform at their best. From expert coaching to proper conditioning and team-building exercises, every effort is being made to ensure their success. The Schools Division of San Fernando believes in the importance of holistic support for our athletes, providing them not only with physical training but also with the encouragement and care they deserve as they embark on this exciting journey.

    With the R1AA Meet 2025 just around the corner, our athletes are filled with enthusiasm, determination, and pride, knowing they are backed by an entire community. The Schools Division is proud to play a part in nurturing and developing these future champions, and we can’t wait to see their hard work and dedication shine through as they represent us at the regional meet.        Unity in Action: The preparations for R1AA are progressing smoothly, with several government agencies joining forces to make sure the event is successful. Through proactive inter-agency collaboration, these organizations are working hand in hand to offer essential support to the delegates, prioritizing safety, security, and a smooth experience. Their joint efforts are setting the stage for an event that promises to be both secure and successful for everyone involved, highlighting the power of teamwork and collective commitment.

        With unwavering determination and unity, the SDO-City of San Fernando is focused on achieving victory at the upcoming R1AA. Every team is putting in their best effort, and with strong support, they are ready to give it their all. 

            Furthermore, the athletes, coaches, assistant coaches, and chaperones from the Schools Division of City of San Fernando, La Union have successfully passed the screening process conducted by the Regional Screening and Accreditation Committee, led by Atty. Rosemarie Wailan. After a thorough review of their documents, they have been officially confirmed as qualified participants for the R1AA.     Dr. Sheila Marie A. Primicias, CESO VI, City Schools Division Superintendent, took the floor to present the comprehensive plans, programs, and activities of the SDO - City of San Fernando during the Question Hour of the Regular Session of the City of San Fernando, La Union held on February 18, 2025.

        She outlined the key educational initiatives that are currently in place and the future programs designed to uplift the local educational landscape. She also addressed the challenges faced by the Division and emphasized the importance of strategic collaboration to overcome these obstacles.

           Furthermore, Dr. Primicias shared innovative strategies and solutions that aim to enhance the quality of education, ensuring that the learners of San Fernando are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for their future success.

             Her leadership continues to drive positive change in the City's educational system, paving the way for a brighter future for both learners and educators alike.
